GRUBBRR x Victoria x 5W PR

In my role as Communications Specialist at GRUBBRR, I was responsible for managing the company's public relations. I did this with the help of 5W, a professional PR firm. Together, we: 


  • research industry conversations 
  • collect and analyze information and data
  • develop narratives to strategically position GRUBBRR within the conversation 
  • brainstorm PR stunts 
  • prepare executives for media interviews 
  • write bylines, quotes, and comments 
  • proactively pitch writers and media outlets
  • synthesize media results 


I have a proven track record of advancing the GRUBBRR narrative and driving leads by securing consistent media coverage for GRUBBRR and its executives in top-tier publications. Results below.

Results - Increase Share of Voice

In my first quarter working at GRUBBRR and managing the company's public relations, I increased Share of Voice (SOV) by more than double to have the greatest share of voice compared to our competitors. 

Between Q4 2021 and Q1 2022, we grew Share of Voice by an additional 8% to its peak at 35%, the largest share of any brand within the industry. From there, SOV dropped slightly to 31% where it has remained for the following two quarters, still the largest SOV within the industry. 

GRUBBRR's share of voice leads the industry at 31%. Moving forward, I want to maintain our position as leading SOV, and grow our share even more.
